Back by popular demand, performance artist, dancer, and 2009 Guardian GOLDIE award winner, Monique Jenkinson, further develops and remounts her sold-out show Luxury Items for three weekends of revelatory, extravagant performance about the addictive properties of the ephemeral, our guilty pleasures, and the tyranny of comfort. Originally developed and performed for a sold-out weekend at ODC Theater, Luxury Items sees Monique Jenkinson return to CounterPULSE, where she has been developing work as an artist in residence since 2007.
