Charge tickets by phone daily from 11 am – 6 pm
Walk-Up Hours:
Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun: noon – 5 pm, Thu: noon – 8 pm
Closed Mondays and major holidays.

There are no ticket refunds.

Ticket Purchase Fees:
Online transaction fees are $7 per ticket
Phone order transaction fees are $7 per ticket
Walk-up sales no transaction fee!

Novelus Theater Box Office opens 90 minutes prior to performances.

The ODC Theater Box offers phone, walkup, and online sales at the ODC Dance Commons.

Hours vary. To reserve tickets over the phone you may leave a message and a Box Office agent will return your call to complete your transaction. Tickets will not be held until the transaction is complete.

ODC Theater Box Office hours at the Dance Commons: Wednesday-Friday 6-8pm and Saturday 10:30am-12:30pm when the Theater is in production. At any other time you can leave a message on the Box Office phone line at 415/863.9834 and an agent will return your call within 24-48 hours. If you need to speak with someone directly, you may call 415/863.6606 x111 between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Walk-up  cash sales have no transaction fee!

ODC Theater  Box Office opens for sales and WILL CALL pick-ups two hours before performances.  ODC Theater has the right to release any tickets that have not been picked up by the time Late Seating is over. Late Seating is determined by the Theater Staff and differs from show to show. Please be timely in your arrival. We begin seating 15 minutes prior to showtime.
